Abortion and Contraception Recommendations

I have a heart for those who are going through a difficult situation of wondering whether or not to get an abortion. Each person’s experience is unique, challenging, sensitive.
I created this guide as a suggestion. You can contemplate it as feels right to you.
Primary Suggestion to not get raped:
Try to avoid bars and instead read books, do artwork, go to coffee shops, volunteer, find a purpose in life that you enjoy
Be aware of when you have drank too much alcohol…when you start to feel like you’re losing your power, losing God, losing your footing, you should stop.
Taking a break outside, smoking a cigarette or vape to connect with your Higher Self, God, and the Spirit World may help. They may tell you it’s time to go home and sleep. Get an Uber/Lyft/Taxi.
Alcohol is called spirits for a reason; entities can enter you; the devil, demons, Satan, any energy/entity that may want to have a good time with your body. So be careful!
You are responsible for drinking alcohol.
If you take too much alcohol and are a little off balance, you may get raped. So be careful!
Plan if you are in a situation of rape or wanting an abortion:
1–3 months after conception
You may be traumatized after being raped. That’s normal. Be gentle with yourself. Sleep. Meditate. Find your Center. Listen to your Heart. Heal yourself to a point that you feel more calm.
Take Plan B right away so you don’t get pregnant. It will stop the pregnancy.
Plan B should be freely available at homeless shelters. Contraception in general should be at all homeless shelters for free. Women who are homeless are more at risk of being raped. This would be extremely helpful.
If you don’t have money for Plan B, try to ask a friend, family member, somebody who can help you with funds. It may be difficult to ask for money, but it would be more traumatic to have a baby by a man who raped you. So go for it! Just ask, and see. Maybe ask three people, and hopefully one will have enough money to help you.
You could also check on Google/Safari Maps and see if there is a Community Health Center nearby that can help you.
If you’re a little out of it after getting raped and don’t take Plan B, be gentle with yourself. Try to get an abortion as soon as possible.
My personal recommendation for an abortion is 1–3 months after conception. I infer that the baby has not gained enough sentience and so it is best to do it as soon as possible.
Google online a Family Planning Center that may be able to assist you with finding a doctor. Ask friends for money if needed. Try to get that egg and sperm out of you as soon as possible.
If you have not been raped, but you find out that you’re pregnant, but wow, you don’t want to have a baby, then get an abortion right away. That would be kind to the baby. Nobody wants to be an unloved, unwanted child. Consider that as an equation.
You may feel like, wow, I would be “good” if I had this child I don’t want to have, and so will not have an abortion. However, think of it the other way around, wow, I would be good if I had an abortion so this poor child does not have a life of misery.
Are you poor? Is the man involved poor? Would it be best to have an abortion and learn that lesson and get on contraception right away and be more responsible? Think about that poor baby’s life. Would s/he be malnourished, lacking in opportunity, lacking in shoes? That is not very kind. So getting an abortion would be kinder.
Talk to a counselor, or whoever you feel comfortable talking to about the situation, if you feel that would be helpful.
3–9 months after conception
I believe after around 3 months, the baby is more sentient, therefore, you may want to carry the child to birth. You should start looking into adoption options right away. Again, a Community Health Center should be able to help. Try Googling different options available for you.
If your doctor says you’ll die, or the baby is extremely malformed or something, then it would obviously be kind to have an abortion.
In general, I am here to tell you, you are here on earth as a soul. You have karma. You have sins. You can go to hell if you commit sinful actions. You can be in the cycle of samsara of birth and death until you learn to be more conscious and compassionate and responsible. So this experience is for you to learn. To learn to be more considerate about your actions. To learn that you are responsible for another soul’s life, their vitality, their future. That’s massive. This is to be taken extremely seriously.
Your Responsible Options Are:
Contraception, daily pills
Plan B when an “accident” occurs
Mirena, which is a hormonal IUD that doctors put into you and can keep you safe from having a baby for up to eight years
I hope this is helpful! Sending you Love! ❤
