Are the Stories you Make Up in your mind actually Real?
Are you judging, insinuating, projecting, envying, lying, assuming; or are your stories based upon real evidence and Truth? Image by Freepik
I’ve been noticing that many people make up stories in their minds that are not actually based in reality.
If you were abused, raped, molested, etc. Then that is obviously real.
However, if you just make up stories because of your own trauma, projections, judgments, shadows, shame, envy, and assumptions, then you are sinning, you are creating negative karma for yourself.
It’s like you are throwing negative energies at somebody who does not deserve it.
You need to take responsibility.
You need to do your shadow work. You need to question your assumptions. You need to work on loving yourself and others.
It could also become an addiction. You are just making up stories upon stories that are illogical, unreal, and are hurting yourself and others. That is not kind. That is not good. It could really screw up your brain by lying all the time. Beware!

Why not create more positive stories for yourself?
If the people you are associating with are causing you to have nightmarish stories, then definitely move away from them.
Find people who lift you up and then you can create beautiful stories in your mind, together.
Or, go out in nature, meditate, read spiritual books, poetry.
Allow your mind to be empty and free, and your heart to be full of love.
